Hi, I’m Daniel Barnes and I am your local, bespoke estate agent who fundamentally wants to improve the consumer experience and raise the standards for estate agencies within the markets I choose to operate. Having multiple years under the hood at a senior level within the property industry, I have decided that 2021 is the year to step away and start my own agency giving my client a straight-talking, individual service. No more being passed pillar to post, I am with with you every step of the way from the initial valuation phone call, to showing your buyers around your home, negotiating the very best price and then all the way to the handing over of the keys to your new buyer. A truly unique experience for sellers. Selling a property can be an exciting, nervous and exhilarating experience. Whichever way it goes, I’m on hand to help you every step of the way and to take the stress out of the situation and to hold your hand throughout the whole process.

Having multiple years experience within the industry working in a senior position for Independant & Corporate Agency’s, 2021 was the year I decided to step away from the High Street Agents having seen first hand how neglected a client now is in this day & age and to start afresh and do things my way and strive to improve the agent-client relationship with a very personal, bespoke service which is tailored to each and every individual client. Whilst the High Street is now fundamentally a quantity over quality industry, I will flip reverse this with me only ever having an exclusive amount of clients at any one time, ensuring that my service is always of the highest order.

Communication is key, and you will only speak with myself throughout the process! No lack of contact, no being passed from pillar to post and no ‘missed messages’ and with you having my personal mobile number, I am contactable at any time throughout the whole week if you need me. Selling your home, usually your biggest asset, is a huge thing so the least I can do is be there when you need me.

Motivation: Well, simply put… I do not earn a salary. I HAVE to sell your home to be able to put dinner on my children’s table. So your home is more than a number on a balance sheet, its personal for me also. I put in the time, care and attention not just with yourself and your home but also the buyers, ensuring they are the right fit to be the new owners.

I am with you the whole way… When you pick up the phone, you get through to ME. It will be ME who visits your home for a market appraisal and then ME again returning (once you have instructed me of course) to go ahead with the photos and the marketing. I speak to every buyer who is interested in your home, spend huge amounts of time talking through with them your home and what it has to offer and conduct EVERY viewing. It is ME who deals with the offers and negotiation and then once we have you under offer, I will be liaising with yourself, your buyer and also both sets of solicitors, ensuring a streamlined progression process where you will be updated at every point and never needing to call 4 or 5 different people attempting to get that all important update and what is outstanding. I am also there at the last point, the handover of the keys to your new buyer and in the midst of all this if you needed help and guidance with an onward purchase then of course I will be there to help.
